Refund Policy

At BATTSERVE – Battery Care, Har Ghar Tak, we are committed to delivering transparent, reliable, and customer-friendly services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel bookings, request refunds, and understand our process for service plans.

Service Booking Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel a service booking before technician assignment by contacting us at support@battserve.com or +91-8112981054.

  • Once a technician has been assigned or has visited your location, the booking cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy for Battery Services

  • If a prepaid booking is canceled before technician assignment, customers are eligible for a 100% refund within 7–10 working days.

  • No refund will be issued once the service is completed or the technician has reached your premises.

  • In rare cases where BATTSERVE fails to provide the service (e.g., technician unavailability), a full refund will be processed immediately.

Refund & Cancellation for 5-Year Battery Service Plan

  • The 5-Year Battery Service Plan is non-refundable once purchased.

  • However, customers may transfer the plan to a new address (within our service coverage areas – Varanasi, Chandauli, Mirzapur) by requesting support.
