• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. BATTSERVE does not store your card/bank details.

• Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Service Fulfilment :-

• Once a booking is confirmed, a technician will be assigned.

• Customers are required to provide accurate service details and ensure accessibility for technicians at the scheduled time.

• Delays or rescheduling may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies, or availability).

4. Customer Responsibilities :-

• Customers must ensure safe access to the service location.

• BATTSERVE is not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing battery faults or unsafe setups.

• Any warranty claims are subject to the service plan terms and conditions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a service fee.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• BATTSERVE strives to provide reliable services but will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our liability is limited to the service charges paid for the particular booking.
